To keep your jewelry looking its best:

• Avoid exposure to perfumes and harsh chemicals.
• Store in a dry place, ideally in an airtight container or jewelry pouch.
• Clean with a soft, dry cloth.

We use J&T Express for deliveries. Estimated shipping times are:

• Metro Manila: 1-3 business days
• Provincial Areas: 3-7 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

• Free shipping: Enjoy free shipping when you purchase 3 or more items in a single order.

We accept returns for defective items within 7 days of receiving your order for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For more details, please see our Return Policy.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment through J&T Express.
