At IHA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your items, please review our return policy below.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We will only accept returns for defective items. Please record the unboxing and show that upon receiving the item, it was already damaged. No video, no return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Items must be undamaged and free from any cosmetic wear (such as makeup or lotion stains).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items: Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Personalized items: Items that have been customized or engraved cannot be returned.
  • Final sale: Certain products may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@ihastyle.com to initiate the return process with subject line: RETURN REQUEST [Order Number]
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to send back your item.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your returned item is delivered safely.
  4. Inspect and Approve: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. For claims that an item is defective, please record the unboxing and show that upon receiving the item, it was already damaged. No video, no return.

 

Refunds

Refund Method: Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to be processed.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace it or issue a full refund of the item.

Important Notes

  • Items returned after the 7-day return window will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria.
